Longest Valid Parentheses
Given a string containing just the characters '(' and ')', find the length of the longest valid (well-formed) parentheses substring.
For "(()", the longest valid parentheses substring is "()", which has length = 2.
Another example is ")()())", where the longest valid parentheses substring is "()()", which has length = 4.

- if open > 0 and current char is ')', then res[i] = res[i-1] + 2;
- divide the string into 2 parts: a. 0 to i - res[i], b. i-res[i] to i
- if the first half is valid ended at i, then res[i-res[i]] > 0; combine two half
- if not, res[i-res[i]] = 0
